Hawthorn Training Services has been our sole supplier of Driver CPC Periodic training for the last several years or so. During this time, Jason from Hawthorn has built up a good working relationship with our group of drivers and sub-contractors, and always delivers engaging and beneficial training courses. We have also recently consulted Jason and asked for information and support concerning Driver Infringement reports and our current way of dealing with these. Jason was on-hand to review our existing process and then help us implement a new system and way of working regarding these, the suggestions made and subsequent changes we have implemented have without doubt had a positive, direct impact on our business, helping us to reduce costs and driver infringements and also helping us to become more operationally compliant.
